Blue Star Bridge combines resources for holistic health products and networking for online spiritual communities while recognizing that people are at different stages of growth. Blue Star Bridge also includes a selection of safe ways to find abundance by working online.
As we each heal our bodies, enrich our spirits, become emotional adults and learn to love unconditionally, we can and will, make a difference and the world will be One in Peace, Love and Harmony.
Blue Star Bridge is a permanent “Work in Progress” thus any constructive ideas will be appreciated and perhaps implemented.
At the present time I am living in the now and following my bliss. My hope is that all who visit here will contribute their insights and we can grow together.

When the website was very new, the very first suggestion came from my sister! Apparently not everyone is familiar with the word Namasté. Some of us use it so frequently that we forget it is an unusual term to most people. I will give the shortest explanation here. Many of us use it as a Greeting and Goodbye and it is meant to convey the sentiment that the Divine within me bows to the Divine within you.
WE are the bridge to the new world of ONENESS and NOW CONSCIOUSNESS and links to many websites will continue to be added, so that we can all find each other and work together as groups to begin the process of unity in diversity.
There are many differences in the people we meet and the places we live; however, we all live, love and experience our lives on this beautiful planet which provides all the resources we will ever need. Whether you call our planet ‘Mother Earth’, ‘Gaia’, ‘Terra’ or the ‘Third Rock from the Sun’, our planet is our Home.
Just as there are differences and likenesses in people and places, there are many methods we may choose to heal our planet and ourselves. We can use whichever methods work best for each of us and respect the ways of each other at the same time. This is why Blue Star Bridge will always be a ‘Work in Progress’, to which will be added links to diverse healing modalities - take what works for you and leave the rest behind.

The place many people begin their studies is in the local health food store. Often, the wealth of information and products available may be overwhelming at first. Many health food stores recognize the connection between Mind Body and Spirit and offer a wide selection of items from foods and vitamins to books on psychology and spiritual healing.
There is so much available today that I can't imagine being able to stay in a store long enough to even get a start on what will become a lifelong project for many of us. Often the simplest way is the best as we learn after much complicated study and years of effort.

Psychoneuroimmunology - isn't that a lovely word? I love it! Once we get started with healing the body, we will find that to continue our journey we need to work with our spirits and our minds for a complete healing experience.

There is now a page for all the readers out there ... books have always been my friends. The Pyramid Bookstore is a good place to start for now if you just can't wait to get started. Book Nook is well under way and will be added to as time progresses. Temporarily, it also has info on movies you may enjoy. Here you will also find a link for some great free books!
